Job Description
Support Worker - Assisted Discharge
Location: Bristol Royal Infirmary and community work ( Monday - 10am - 6pm (Community based) Tuesday - Friday - 12pm - 8pm (Hospital based - Bristol Royal Infirmary)
Salary: £22,932 per annum (pro-rata for job share hours)
Hours: 35 per week (would be open to job share 14 and 21 hours)
